I’m not saying they are the same. Nor that they impact your health the same way.
I imagine that carrying $500 in quarters effects what you can and can’t accomplish during a day.

But when you go to pay for something they are equal in value.

Similarly, fats and proteins are different, used differently, accomplish different purposes, interact with other processes differently.

But the fact remains that when it comes down to producing energy, 500 fat calories count the same as 500 calories of protein. That’s in the definition of calories.

Now unless the Illuminati have taught generations of human biological scientists the wrong thing for generations that definition stands.

Unless of course some super fruit or oil extraction process has secretly changed all of science and MLMs are keeping their discovery secret that is.
