Curious what others with more expertise than me have to say about this. I can
only go on my own experience. What I’ve observed is that if I count calories, I lose weight. I don’t really pay attention to where those calories come from.

I’m sure there are other benefits to healthier foods. But I don’t think I’ve seen anything telling me that it’s harder to burn calories from one food over another.

I’d like to know though. Cause if I can make it easier, I’m game.
