Recently I started doing 100 pushups everyday and about 2 weeks ago have added in several different exercises with dumbbells. I have a couple questions for those who work out a lot though.
1 - I want to mix in cardio but often times I am pretty tired after the weight exercises and it is very tough to go run. How can I improve my energy levels so I can add in cardio?
2 - Are there any supplements I can take to help accelerate muscle growth? I usually eat a protein bar after my workout or eat some eggs or something.
