IE. Do a workout at 10 AM and finish around 11 AM. Get back to work for 4 hours. Then go running, jump rope, yoga, or do HIIT from 3-4.
I prefer to do my cardio right after I workout though, good to clear up the head.
2) Drink a whey isolate protein shake in addition to eating protein throughout the day. You should be eating anywhere from .8-1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for muscle growth. Creatine is fine but I only take it if I'm bulking. And since I have little access to weights right now and am basically getting prison jacked, I've tapered off.
