Same for me but I cut cardio when I take creatine. I’ve noticed I’m more prone

Don’t cut out whole wheat. That’s unnecessary. Cut out white flour sure.

7-8 hours. I get a lot of protein. Probably not enough though.

150-200g of protein. Timing and the form the protein comes in don’t matter much
