For energy, my question is how is your diet?
Cut out sugar completely except for fruits.

Cut out gluten if you can which includes anything with wheat in it.

Add in as many Whole Foods as you can including a lot fruits and vegetables. Watch what you eat and see how it affects your energy levels almost overnight.
