Was expecting her to have even a general understanding and she said she heard the government bailout passed but didnt even know about the loans to small businesses. Ugh.

Correct. I don't believe you can use both the EIDL and the PPP. Just one or the other from what we've been told.

Basically if you are paying wages to employees you will get it forgiven.
