If I were in your situation, I would probably wait until late this week and see if your situation changes.
You can't apply for these loans yet, and things change so quickly that a week will make a big difference in how you assess your needs, but there doesn't appear to be a downside to applying for a loan value of 8 weeks worth of payroll.
