Basically if you are paying wages to employees you will get it forgiven.
With some minor restrictions in max allowed for individuals ($100k)
they will make the assessment of the maximum loan amount based on the past 12 month numbers but once you get the funding as for payroll forgiveness they will obviously only forgive what you pay your employees.
Is that correct?
