I think that companies who have a lot of employees that can effectively work

from home may as well be cautious about bringing employees back into the office. It’s the other parts of this lockdown that need to change, schools, restaurants, stores, movie theaters, etc. all need to go back to normal fairly soon. Companies may as well be slow about bringing employees back if they can help it.
