I think it is very wishful thinking to think the rest of the country has peaked
When would that have happened? Where are the deaths? Why did the interior of the country peak before the gateway cities? It just doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully you are right.
If we reach peak deaths two weeks from now, that means we reached peak infections a week or two ago. That is just very hard for me to believe.
