I've had the same question throughout this process. It would seem that we
actually want the tests to be positive at a much higher rate than they are. Especially early on when they were very selective on who could be tested. I would have thought that if you met the strict requirements to be tested that it would almost certainly come back positive, but that hasn't been the case.
