We have a single vent connected to garage from the house. It keeps the garage
around 85 in the summer.
In our previous house we had a 600 foot additional with a single mini split. It cost us about $50 a month to run and kept the temperature at 75 degrees with ease. It cost nearly $3,000 to set that up.
