As they got further and further removed from scandals he most definitely did

Especially when they attended camps or fit the "criteria". Any time other "incidents" occurred, it definitely impacted future recruiting for a year or two but then they would gradually soften again. Case in point with Star Lotuleilei and academic non qualifiers.
