organization management side of things. Kalani is managing a very large organization with lots of moving pieces. In his defense, that would be extremely difficult for anyone, especially for someone who did not have experience doing it. Kalani is a first time head coach. Being a CEO of a large organization (which Kalani is) and doing very well at it takes a lot of knowledge, skill, and practice. Bronco recognized that when he was a first time coach and started reading a lot of organizational behavior business books and implementing what he learned into the football program. I hope Kalani can do the same. It’s a more cerebral approach but it can mean the difference between wins and losses.
