Yosemite, Zion, and I really liked the Everglades. Just was so foreign to me.
Maybe not the most visually exciting place on the whole, but there are spots that are really cool to go in by boat. Plus, I had never been around alligators before then so was kind of on edge the whole time not knowing how they typically acted.

It's not a national park, but you need to do the Sawtooth Nat'l Forest. Rent a cabin or camp at Redfish Lake. Do a float
