Good advice. Also good to know there are success stories as well as failures all around you.

We have both in my immediate family including my daughter that fought her way out of meth & alcohol addictions. But none of it happens quickly. In my daughter's case it took many years. I repeatedly made the mistake of prematurely thinking she had turned a corner only to be disappointed. But in the end, she DID turn that corner and completely recovered.
