I've known too many terribly sickly, emaciated alcoholics to write that off.
Alcoholism still kills a terrible number of people every year. And heavy liquor can kill people quickly if they've given up on life.
Replacing nutrient food w/ what should be a cleaning agent — even if binged on only monthly or bi-monthly — it will do terrible things to the body & mind over time.
