I do the IF and 60-75 minutes a day of walking
I'm going to start doing smoothies soon. I've really tried to take to heart about what he preaches about lifestyle > diet. Over the last couple of months I've really tried to focus on the lifestyle aspect of it and it's given huge returns. I'm lighter than I've been in the last 20 years but that hasn't been my end game. I'm just trying to build 1 habit at a time and let it stick.
