I'm just getting started on that book--it looks very interesting. I've heard him on Peter Attia's podcast, and all of

the epigenetic stuff was fascinating (although it required me to spend some time in Wikipedia to get up to speed on the jargon). He was actually on that podcast twice, and here are the links in case anyone is interested. The second one is after his book came out, and he talks about what's in it.
