I've seen Luc play a few times. I know it will take him a little time to move from QB to WR and I don't know how well he can catch. He dominated in Colorado high school (3A) which is not saying a lot. His speed and quickness were on a completely different level than anyone in Colorado his senior year at any level of HS football.
I was very surprised that he ended up at BYU but he is an outstanding athlete and student. I know he is generously listed at 5'10" and 175 lbs out of high school. Hope he can contribute this year.
