If he leaves for a coordinator gig or P5 position coach and then G5 coordinator
One day, I'd love that. HC grooming.
Right now I think the guy moving up the ranks the quickest is Shaun Nua. I don't know if he's one day HC material, but I'm afraid he's already beyond BYU coordinator level. He'll be able to skip right by that for a bigger coordinator job soon.
I wish Beck wouldn't be afraid to branch out and move up. I just don't think he's ambitious right now. He'll be a QB coach until Bronco and Anae are gone.
After that you've got So'oto, but I don't know if he'd ever choose BYU as long as he can stay in his dream land of CA. Fesi has as good of a chance as anyone with his personality and skill. He needs to make a jump and become a coordinator at this level. He did a great job at Weber. He's the type that needs to branch out somewhere in the next few years.
