I've been doing 30 + hour fasting, no food, supposedly it helps
glucose intolerance as well I have heard your bad cells in your body starve off and die after 24-30hr no food fasting. Not so sure of the effects besides weight loss which is also a great thing. Of course I double this with a religious fast may as well get multiple benefits from not eating food.
