Honest question: How do Utahns afford all these 5-600k+ homes everywhere?
Does everyone just have dual income? Is everyone house poor? Or is everyone making 125k + at their tech company jobs?

Or,

Are people getting into stuff they really can’t afford and financially shouldn’t be getting into?
