It has been 30 lbs for me, June to June. Intermittent fasting every day has been
key for me. I try to fake my body and mind into thinking I am starting a starving period for a few hours every day. And in doing so my overall calorie intake is reduced. Less than my BMR steady weight level of 2500 calories.

But why do you say exercising doesn't increase the number of calories you can consume? I've always thought it was the simple math of calories consumed minus calories burned.
