I have fired all of those except the Canik.
I recommend the Sig P229 for some of the same reasons you mentioned. Also, I have A Sig P226 that I’ve abused in numerous training classes and it doesn’t stop. So I trust them. I also own several Glocks, but they aren’t nearly as smooth and comfortable to shoot as Sig P226/P229s.

I've been shooting a bit and trying to decide what I like best too. The Sigs so far feel best in my hand.
