Intervention Needed
SA/DA have the best triggers. You can easily just cock the hammer back if you ever get in a sketchy situation and then
have that sweet sweet SA trigger. And the DA trigger works like an extra safety. I'm a fan personally.

I own the VP9 and love it.

That was probably my second favorite after the Sig, but the grip was like sandpaper. Is that an option you can change?

You get 3 different sized backstraps. It may help putting a smaller backstrap

Buy the Sig you like, you won't regret it. I own the Ruger also. I take it to

The Ruger was actually my Bro-in-law's gun. He said the same thing.

They are all great choices. See if a range nearby has those models so you can try them out.

Glock 19 is my choice but I was introduced to it as part of my job.

I've been shooting a bit and trying to decide what I like best too. The Sigs so far feel best in my hand.

Those were my thoughts exactly. Glocks were ok, but both Sigs I tried just felt better.

Glocks have a weird grip angle. Yeah you can get used to it but then you'll shoot low on every other handgun you own

I don't love it, but they are solid guns. I went with H&K (P2000 & VP9)

I've heard a lot of great things about the VP9. I have a friend that just raves about his. But yeah, for carry single

Did you try FN five-seven? It’s a pretty nice gun too.

Have not. But maybe a second trip to the range wouldn't hurt. Had a lot of fun last time.

Also with the G26 you can get mag extensions for pinky issue.

To me, it's all about the feel. The quality may vary a little, but if you don't

If you can, try shooting these guns to see what feels the best. The G19 is a “safe” first handgun to buy but there are

It's almost hard to buy a bad gun as long as you don't go cheap.

I liked the added safety aspect. The longer trigger pull on the DA would take some getting used to.

Try the Springfield xd. And for “safes” look at vline.

VP9 all day. Sig next, others are a drop off after that. You should also consider FN in this group tho, to be thorough
