Just because the College Football Fat Cats got together and decided who the Haves and Have-NOTs are, doesn't make the money schools any better than the non-money schools. Smaller schools can get good players, have good coaching, and rise up and be good or even great football teams. Ask UCF. Ask Boise, or even us back in the day. So this talking head says BYU hasn't played "anybody".. well nobody in the P5 will play BYU. So they're running scared, shouldn't that disqualify THEM? You can side with the Fat Cats and everyone else, and the problem is that perception becomes reality, and that gap grows even further. I always will root against so-called P5s, and the worst thing about this year is that non P5s have very limited opportunities to rise up and put them on their butts. College Football is messed up, and this "pundit" exemplifies WHY it is messed up. He's also why March Madness kicks College Footballs Playoff's trash.
