Yep, Heaps took it really hard that he was slid over to the QB2 chair.
And yes, several CB tough guys took a few quotes out of context and developed an entire narrative that no longer resembles anything close to reality and they preach it as fact.
The reality is that QB2 just doesn't get the same treatment as QB1 in any program. It's QB1 that gets full access to the OC and QB coach. It's Heaps that took it hard when he was no longer QB1.
Can't believe CB still argues over a QB that as a redshirt senior was beat out by a true freshman. He didn't pan out. It happens.
