Frankly, I'd be shocked if BYU moves up.
I think Northwestern will fall to #13 and BYU will stay at #14.
As others have said, this has nothing to do with how good BYU is, and everything to do with preserving the money from the NY6 bowls (except for the 1 G5 spot) for their P5 overlords.
