I've said it before and will say it again: the chutzpah or desperation it took
to do it the first time is WAY more than enough to keep any material positive change from happening. If we go up at all, it will not be a material amount. The only way we go up is if the committee is afraid of an anti-trust claim (fun fact, we are one of the only teams in America that could actually file one, since the G5s waived their anti-trust rights in return for a guaranteed NY6 spot).
