Well, they probably will move up one spot because they'll pass Northwestern, but it won't be a change from reconsidering BYU.
BYU has wins against Boise (#39*) and Houston (#56) and no remaining opportunities for a top 75 win
Cincy has wins against UCF (#22), Houston (#56), Memphis (#61), SMU (#68), Army (#70) and an upcoming matchup against Tulsa (#49)
Coastal Carolina has wins against Louisiana (#34) and Appalachian State (#35) with a chance to beat Liberty (#66)
Even Marshall is 2-0 with wings against Appalachian State (#35) and Florida Atlantic (#72)
That's why BYU is so low. Against non-laughable opponents, schools like Cincy, Coastal Carolina and Marshall have as many or more wins and have beat better teams. The eye test moves us up above Coastal Carolina and Marshall, but it can only do so much. Knowing how the committee looks at things, we need another decent win - adding a #132 Utah State or even a #74 Air Force does nothing for us. We need a #25 Washington, or App State or Coastal Carolina or Marshall or Utah (#47) or even Colorado (#59).
*Especially considering that the committee seems to discount this win a bit, meaning we effectively have zero wins against top 50 teams in their eyes.
