For a long time, I personally enjoyed the prequels more than the originals
But I can’t help loving almost anything “Star Wars” related. Gimme lazer swords, space battles, and mystical powers all day every day!
I have in the past couple of years seen more and more good in the originals while some pretty glaring flaws in the prequels have become more apparent.
I appreciate the newest trilogy for its entertainment value and for its attempts at expanding Star Wars, but I see all three movies in the trilogy as being pretty disappointing.
The “extra” stuff such as the clone wars, the mandalorian, rogue one, and solo are all really great though! I epecially love the mandalorian, although I recognize that the dialogue is often very cheesy.

The problem is that you think ROTJ is great because of your nostalgia for the film. Plenty of Star Wars content post
