Science and math. But don't neglect what separates her from other applicants. Sports, music.
Med school kids are type A golden child kids who's applications always look the same. They all have great grades and such. Get something that separates her. Music majors get into med school, for example...cause they are different than others.
Or talk her out of it completely because being a doctor and mom is hard.

Encourage your daughter to enjoy HS. Push her to be very social and to make lots of friends and to try new things.
