20 years ago or so, there were Undergrad/MedSchool Combos.....
You could apply for a combined Undergrad / MedSchool track at some schools that let you trim a year or so off the whole package.

IF she is sure that is what she wants - do the combo ... BUT ... I would suggest that she take a wide range of classes her Freshman year and see if something else catches her attention as well... I think many high school kids have tooo narrow a view of the options, and it's great to use your Freshman Year to try out classes from "the four corners of the University" .... IF you try out classes from all over, and say "Yeah, I hate that and that, but I like this" then I think you are better off in the long run.
