The biggest key will be MCAT and college grades.
It's far too early to start prepping for the MCAT, but you can do things now that get her ready to really succeed in college - most specifically being very good at biology and chemistry and whatever other science classes the high school offers that will prepare her for the prerequisites.

Encourage your daughter to enjoy HS. Push her to be very social and to make lots of friends and to try new things.
