This happened to a close friend of mine. She didn't tell them she was 20 weeks
pregnant. When she told them later they basically tried to fire her on the spot and told her as much, but couldn't without facing legal recourse. They did however treat her like garbage the rest of her time there, never asked about the baby or her pregnancy and were complete dbs to her. Still bothers me to this day. At 20 weeks anything could still happen, miscarriage, still birth, normal pregnancy, complications. I would say don't tell them if she wants the job but they might treat her badly afterwards.
