Is she wanting to stay home after leave or is still going to go back to work

afterwards at some point? That's most likely what's going through their minds. Why hire someone for 3 months after they finally get up and trained?

That's one question I usually ask, "do you see anything in your foreseeable future that would cause you to leave unemployment here if you were hired?" Just trying to gauge their longevity.
