Chewing gum and escalators

Chewing gum is hated so badly, it’s only allowed in my truck. Kids want to ride in my truck, not because it’s a truck, but because it has gum in it.

And her mom made her deathly afraid of getting her feet torn off by escalators.

Fortunately she knows these things are irrational, but she still holds onto them.
