Why not? No downsides in that case as long as it was more energy efficient to produce
than real beef. Don't have any desire for cows to die and methane being produced by the gigaton if I can still get food that tastes like the real thing and is healthy for me.

If it tastes the same, costs less, and it healthier then sure. I also eat about 30 oz of beef a year so i don't think
