I understand your point. I guess I think of harvest as killing with some kind
of purpose or use in mind. I think of killing as just death with no purpose at all really, even less purpose than the word culling.

If it tastes the same, costs less, and it healthier then sure. I also eat about 30 oz of beef a year so i don't think
