No for me, too processed and I prefer prime beef when possible
As well as grass fed or organic where possible. But for hamburger places or people who just buy a roast to throw in the crockpot I could see this being an option for sure

If it tastes the same, costs less, and it healthier then sure. I also eat about 30 oz of beef a year so i don't think
