giving 10% charitable donations to the church that owns BYU. So it gets tough for a lot of them to give more than that. I think reaching 15 million is pretty good

Not really a concern. They got new donors and more donations than usual. They grew the base for donations.

I did my Cougar Club donation (not much I know) but I didn't give to this drive for the reasons you stated in your post.
