Well, of course you can use a sous vide to cook something until its not pink
I can't imagine why you would want to do that, though, unless you've found the very lowest temperature possible where the meat isn't pink and you're trying to appease those who don't like pink.

But for many people, the sous vide allows you to nail the perfect, consistent, edge-to-edge pink every single time.
