Is it wealth inequality or is it that the bottom x% live in poverty? I am far
from being rich, but if everyone has enough to live on - food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, transportation - what does it matter that a billionaire drives a Maserati and I drive a Yaris? Or they vacation at one of their homes in Italy and I vacation at the local Six Flags?

It seems like defining the problem as "wealth inequality" misrepresents the real issue. Why should I covet someone else's wealth when I have enough? Spite? Envy? Moral outrage?

What am I missing?
