IOW, the wealthy have so much that they can just keep it into perpetuity not based on any skill but by setting up barriers preventing others from ever being able to afford it. So there is a point, where it could lead to problems. And I believe their are economic papers on it that a lot of revolutions coincide with the wealth inequality getting to a certain point.
