struggle to make ends meet. It's not that people want everyone to have the same amount of money; they want to make sure everyone has to live comfortably. And when I say "live comfortably," I don't mean driving a nice car with a nice big house. There are people that work 2-3 jobs who still struggle to pay rent in their small apartments. They struggle to feed their families. I used to work at a bank and could obviously see bank accounts. You would be shocked at how little money a lot of adults have.
I've seen a few posts saying "it's just people coveting other's money." I'm not sure that's totally true. From what I understand, it's looking at these uber rich people with all the money in the world, and then seeing others who can't feed their kids adequately. The goal isn't to give everyone bank accounts, it's to give everyone equal access to food, shelter, transportation, and healthcare.
