My guess is that they give Hurts a shot (drafted in the second round last year) instead of going and getting a new guy here. Plus, with Philly's salary cap issues, I can't imagine they want to give up a lot of draft picks. That's why I think Panthers are the most likely to trade up. They've already let it be known they're not shy about trading a lot for a new QB.

But if Philly does decide to go for it, I 100% agree that they have the best shot, just by virtue of starting with a higher pick
