to be showy about how much alcohol they drink and how rude and crude they can be. It's almost like they are trying too hard to show everybody they aren't LDS (or they are nominally, but they don't believe or whatever). They almost always have alcohol in every social media picture they post. In contrast, the non LDS people from outside of the SLC area that I know and observe on social media don't bring up alcohol or have it in their pictures (unless they go to a wine tasting or something). And they cuss when they feel like it. Not like they're trying to prove anything with it.
