Steak on a stick

Get a cut of meat and cube it up. Marinade in whatever you want. Put on a hot dog roaster and cook over the fire. Super easy and tasty.

Yes, it's my preferred method because of convenience.

You can do that, but it's essentially a frying pan with a lid--you don't get the baking action with heat from above

Exactly. We have a Camp Chef 3-burner stove, and we have both the 3-burner and 2-burner griddles.
